Return Policy & Warranty Information

At Aviora, it is our goal to provide the highest level of service and the most relaxing environment for our clients. We kindly ask
that all cell phones and pagers be shut off while in the spa.

Check In:

We suggest that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the
necessary paperwork. A shower is available for your convenience for use before or after your treatments.

Gratuities are not included in service prices, and may not be added to a credit card. If you are running late for an appointment,
please call. We will do our best to accommodate your service. However the service length may have to be adjusted in order for
the therapist to be on time for their next client.

Although treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is or primary concern. Undergarments may be
worn if preferred. Careful draping is observed at all times, and spa robes, gowns, and splippers will be provided.

Cancellations and no shows:

We ask that appointments that must be canceled please be done so at least 48 hours prior to appointment times in order to
avoid missed appointment charges. We ask this in concideration of other clients who may desire an appointment time. Late
cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result
in a charge of the full amount of the service.
